Contract Conditions

/ FDW to be employed for period specified in FDW's work permit
/ employer's expense
x no figure, but monthly wage and date of payment must be listed
/ contract must stipulate no. of hours continuous rest to be provided daily, as well as number of rest days to be provided per month.
/ employer shall bear all necessary treatment costs, including medical consultation, medicine, hospitalization and others.
/ Either party may terminate the contract without notice if either party is in breach of work permit conditions.
/ disputes referred to the Employment Agency for mediation, then to alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
